The WineWeb provides integration between the technologies in place at your company. We maintain an open environment where we interface with other systems and other applications can interface with The WineWeb.

The WineWeb provides real-time integration between applications using webservices, which allow applications to communicate with each other over the Internet. The WineWeb has published a set of webservices that other application providers can use to integrate their software with the WineWeb. The WineWeb also allows its clients to export data files in a variety of formats to interface with other software applications.

Shipping Carriers - We integrate directly with the major shipping carriers to calculate shipping costs and to print shipping labels from within the WineWeb application.

Credit Card Processing - You can process customer credit cards online through any of these credit card gateways. We recommend CDG Commerce as they charge no setup fee, a low monthly fee and their rates are reasonable. PayPal includes PayPal Basic, PayPal Website Payments Pro, (Verisign) Payflow Link and (Verisign) Payflow Pro. You can use your existing online merchant account or we can assist you in setting one up.

Wine Club - The WineWeb's Wine Club Member Management add-on component processes online subscriptions for your wine clubs and allows your wine club members to update their membership information online. We also integrate with a full-service wine club service that provides an increased level of functionality.

Compliance Services - We integrate with compliance services to ensure your orders are valid and to ease compliance reporting efforts.

Age Verification Services - We integrate with online age verification services to verify that your customer is of legal age. You choose the destination states where you want this to occur.

Fulfillment Centers - We route online orders directly to your chosen fulfillment center's system, based on the customer's shipping destination. Additional fulfillment center companies can be added rapidly.

Point of Sale - We can synchronize customer, wine club member and transaction data between your tasting room point-of-sale system and your website on The WineWeb. You can choose to maintain the "system of record" on either application.

Affiliate Sales Management - You can manage an incentive program that rewards affiliates who refer you customers who then purchase online. We integrate our shopping cart to the affiliate tracking software.

Accounting - You can export data files containing customer and order information in formats suitable for import to most accounting systems and customer management systems. Custom-defined export formats can be saved for future use. You can use the QuickBooks Webconnect function to transfer Customers and Sales Receipts into QuickBooks.
