Easy-to-Use, but Robust Functionality

There are three main pages in our POS system: a Product List page, an Order Summary page and a Confirmation page. New tasting room staff can be trained in under 10 minutes.

Product List Page

This is the initial page that is displayed. It lists all the wines, merchandise, events, wine clubs, gift certificates and other tasting room items available for sale. Choose a single item by clicking the "Add" button next to the item or enter the quantities for multiple items and press the button at the top or bottom of the page. You can quickly select wines or merchandise across multiple groups of items.

Order Summary Page

When an item or items are added to the order, the Order Summary page is displayed. It shows the contents of the order and the total cost. Completing a cash sale is as easy as pressing the "Confirm Order" button.

The bottom section of the page allows you to enter as much information as you want about your customer. It's fast too: just start typing a customer's name and we'll suggest matching customers -- select one and the information is populated on the page.

Confirmation Page

Once you press the "Confirm Order" button, you'll see the confirmation page. You can now print a receipt or invoice, and start a new order. If the customer purchased a gift certificate or event ticket, you can also print those.

That's it. Simple to use, and fully functional behind-the-scenes.
